SHAKEN BUT NOT BROKEN - Haiti

<

ST. LUCIA - JANUARY 2010 - Emrand Henry one of St. Lucia’s Top Artistes has just released a new single titled “Shaken But Not Broken” as his contribution to mark the greatest devastating earthquake to hit the Caribbean in 200 years.

Emrand, just coming back from his latest tour of St. Maarten and Barbados was touched by the many images of the injured and dying Haitians struggling to be pulled out from under the rubble of the numerous buildings that were destroyed in Port-au-Prince. The unsightly reports of so many dead bodies and thirst and starvation all around, as people lost their families and homes in the wake of this destruction, inspired him to write this song and quickly go to the studios of Fresh Fire Productions in Babonneau with producer Germaine Sealy to lay down this track.

This is the first song written about this tragedy coming out of St. Lucia and will touch the hearts of many. This song is of Hope for a brighter future for the people of Haiti who are our Caribbean brothers and sisters.

“Shaken but not Broken” will be distributed electronically on popular websites and can be found on www.lionofzion.com and also www.myspace.com/emrandhenry , www.facebook.com/emrandhenry and www.reverbnation.com/emrandhenry
